We can’t believe it—Mortal Kombat mobile is turning 10! Join us as we celebrate a decade of bone-krushing battles in the 10th Anniversary Update. A huge THANK YOU to our incredible kommunity for your support over the years—it’s been an honor and an absolute blast. Let’s keep the fight going!

NEW KOMBATANTS

MK1 Geras

Klassic Skarlet

Gold Klassic Skarlet makes her bloody return. Inspired by her klassic skin from Mortal Kombat 11, Skarlet embraces her nature as a blood mage by devouring her opponent's life force. As her foes grow weak with Anemia, Skarlet only grows stronger. Get back to the Klassic's with Skarlet and test out her Blood Magik moves.

 

REMASTERED FACTION WARS (PART ONE)

Faction Wars has evolved into Realm Klash, an all-out Realm vs. Realm war! Part one of Faction Wars remaster introduces a fresh new look and updated top of the Leaderboard rewards to ignite kompetitive players once again! Plus, for the first time ever, Kameos are now available in the store. The battle of the Realms is now —where will you stand? 

**The first Realm Klash Season will begin on Wednesday, March 26 and will be available for two weeks.

The new 10-Year Anniversary Kombat Pass features both of the new Kombatants! Complete the Premium Pass to get Diamond MK1 Geras, and the Premium+ Pass to get MK1 Geras & guaranteed Early Access to Gold Klassic Skarlet!

As a special 10th Anniversary bonus, you might even get lucky and unlock Klassic Skarlet from the Free or Premium reward tracks! Then Upgrade & Ascend her in Season 20 to make the newest Klassic kombatant even stronger.

 

NEW BRUTALITIES

Two new Brutalities arrive! Equip Geras with the new Timeless Equipment Set to turn your foe into Hourglass dust with his "Sand of Time" Brutality and unleash Smoke's "If it Bleeds" Brutality with the new Smoldering Equipment set to perform the ultimate surprise attack. 

 

KAMEOS GET STRONGER 

Kameos get even stronger with more ways to upgrade! Kameos that previously did not have kombat effects on their attacks will now have them even if their main roster counterpart does not, and we've introduced a brand-new card that can be used to upgrade your Kameo attacks even faster.

 

NEW GOLD+ CHARACTERS

Klassic Smoke, Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel can now be Ascended!  Ascended characters become stronger and gain access to performing their Brutality moves.

BUG FIXES & OPTIMIZATIONS

CHARACTERS

  • Klassic Ermac – Fixed the issue where his Soul Siphon Passive didn’t work against Event Tower Bosses
  • MK11 Fujin – Fixed the issue where his Hurricane Passive didn’t work against Event Tower Bosses
  • Ace of Knaves The Joker – Fixed the issue where the opponent Joker’s Passive effects were prioritized over the player’s Joker
  • Onslaught Sub-Zero – Fixed the issue where after breaking the Cryoshell, he spent a brief time in a slanted stand-up animation
  • Darkest Knight Noob Saibot – Fixed the issue where team effects also applied to the minion while it was not active
  • MK1 Shang Tsung – Increased Meat Health and added ability to apply Stun on tag-in
  • MK11 Shang Tsung – Fixed the issue where Shang Tsung lost the ability to cast Friendship after morphing into an opponent
  • Jason Voorhees – Fixed the issue where Brutality was not performed if victims' health went below damage dealt by Combo Ender
  • MK1 Smoke – Textures fixed when device set to the Low graphics setting

EQUIPMENT

  • Weather Warfare – Fixed the issue where a reflected Fusion X effect caused permanent Freeze and an incompletable battle
  • Hypocritical Gift – Fixed the issue where the Aqueous Barrier effect did not absorb all damage from some Special attacks and did not become broken
  • Blazing Training – Fixed the issue where Liu Kang’s exclusive effect spent Power
  • Hellfire Blade – Fixed the issue where several Fire attacks didn’t receive damage bonuses
  • Kuai Liang's Scepter – Fixed the issue where all teammates had ability to apply Bleed on frozen opponents
  • Wrestling Star’s Last Puff - The Jax Exclusive Effect’s duration value is now displayed correctly 

KAMEOS

  • All Kameos now have Kombat Effects on their attacks; no more “Damage only” Kameos!
  • New Kameo Attack Upgrade cards are available as an alternate way to upgrade Kameo Special Attacks
  • Fixed an issue where a Kameo Attack 1 with Regeneration had the wrong efficiency rate
  • Kameos are now saved in Team Presets

UX/UI

  • Krypt Improvements:
    • Gateway Menu now gives more information about Kameos, Season Bonus Characters/Classes, and the requirements for each difficulty.
    • Difficulty of Krypt now has dedicated pop-up, selected from the Gateway Menu
    • Added chest inspection and reward tooltip for Krypt run
  • Kombat Pass – Improved Pass Offer presentation, especially what Premium + includes
  • Pack preview
    • An outcome in the list that could be multiple outcomes can be tapped to view its list
    • Fixed an issue where some outcome odds appeared as 0% in some languages
  • Event Tower – On the Pre-Fight menu, the refresh timer underneath the Fight button is now always shown regardless of available attempts
  • Feats of Strength: MK1 Smoke and MK1 Mileena’s Feats of Strength no longer have the incorrect rarity style presentations
  • The refresh timers for tooltips for all game modes is now consistent

OTHER

  • Debuff Resistance – Fixed an issue where characters with 100% debuff resistance did not trigger resistance effects correctly
  • Despair – This Kombat effect can now be resisted
  • Block button – Fixed the issue when using Attack during holding the Block button triggered Attacks instead of queuing
  • Event Towers - Fixed an issue where the Ad refresh and attempts were shared between all active towers instead of separate for each tower
  • Black Dragon Tower – Fatal Difficulty, Floor 200: The Fight Modifiers have been updated.  Regeneration has been replaced with Vampire
  • Kombat Pass – Fixed the issue where task tracked each Special hit as blocked instead of full Special attack
  • Kaskets – Fusion X and Max Ascended Characters & Equipment are no longer included

KNOWN ISSUES

  • Opening the new Blood Ruby Packs counts towards the "Open 60 Summon Packs" Trial. This is a bug and will be fixed in a future release.
