  • What is the Kombat Pass?

    • Kombat Pass is a brand-new feature in Mortal Kombat mobile that allows players to earn more in-game rewards and offers an opportunity to Ascend existing Gold characters! Fully Ascended Gold characters instantly become stronger and gain the ability to perform deadly Brutalities, just like their Diamond counterparts! Each Kombat Pass Season will run for 3-weeks only and will feature one special Gold Character available for Ascension. Players can participate by completing various Trial Tasks each week to unlock rewards and progress to the next tier.

  • What are Kombat Points?

    • Kombat Points are earned for completing Kombat Pass Trial Tasks and indicated by the progression bar between reward tiers. Kombat Points are needed to unlock Kombat Pass Tiers.

  • Does the Kombat Pass cost anything?

    • Kombat Pass has a Free Access tier that allows all players to participate and earn rewards. There are also paid Premium and Premium+ tiers where you can receive exclusive premium rewards. The rewards include Ascension Upgrade Cards required for Ascension of the featured Gold Character!

  • How do I purchase Premium or Premium+ Kombat Pass Access?

    • A new Kombat Pass tile will be located in the main menu during the active Kombat Pass event. Premium and Premium+ can be purchased there.
      Note: Premium+ must be obtained before tier 51.

  • What is the difference between Free, Premium, and Premium+ Access?

  • Free Kombat Pass Access: Allows players to unlock a variety of rewards for completing Trial Tasks at no cost. Rewards include:
        • A small number of Ascension Upgrade Cards
        • Character Cards
        • Upgrade Cards
        • Konsumables
        • Souls
        • Koins
        • Profile Picture
      • Trial I - 10 Tasks
      • Trial II - 20 Tasks
      • Trial III - 10 Tasks
    • Premium Kombat Pass Access: Offers Access to Premium Rewards, Access to premium Tasks in Kombat Pass Trials to progress faster. Rewards include:
        • A large number of Ascension Upgrade Cards
        • Featured Gold Character Cards
        • Ascension Upgrade Cards
        • Equipment Cards
        • Support Cards
        • Upgrade Character Level Cards
        • Upgrade Special Cards: Gold
        • Upgrade Special Cards: Diamond
        • Konsumables
        • Souls
        • Koins
        • Premium Profile Picture
      • Trial I - 10 Tasks + 10 Premium Tasks
      • Trial II - 20 Tasks + 10 Premium Tasks

    • Premium+: Offers Access to Premium Rewards, Access to premium tasks to progress faster, and 10 instantly opened tiers.

  • Can I skip tiers?

    • In the Kombat Pass menu, there is a "Buy Tiers" button where players can spend Souls to skip tiers to unlock rewards. Selecting this button will bring up a slider where players can choose how many tiers they wish to buy. Tiers can only be purchased with Souls up until tier 40 with the Free Pass and 60 with the Premium and Premium+ Passes.

  • How long does it last?

    • The Kombat Pass will last 3 weeks from the start of the pass. You'll see a timer displayed in the Kombat Pass menu indicating how much time is remaining.

  • What if the Kombat Pass expires before I claim my rewards?

    • After Kombat Pass expires, all uncollected rewards will be sent to the inbox in a message

  • What if the Kombat Pass expires and I was unable to unlock all the Kombat Pass Tiers? 

    • If the Kombat Pass expires and you didn’t unlock all the tiers, you won’t receive rewards for locked Tiers.

  • What if I purchase Premium or Premium+ and the transaction is completed after Kombat Pass expires? (Pending purchase) 

    • In this case, a player will receive all unlocked Premium Rewards in their inbox on the next login into the game.
