A: This screen indicates the content update released in conjunction with the Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate launch in November 2020. Please note, players still need to purchase Kombat Pack 1, Aftermath Expansion or Kombat Pack 2 to access that content while playing the game with Xbox Game Pass.

A: Players on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles can access Krossplay Kasual Versus matches against PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 players through designated Krossplay Online Rooms. A Krossplay toggle is displayed in the Online Menu. This feature also allows Xbox console players (including Game Pass) and those on the Windows PC version of the game available in the Microsoft Store to play against each other in the same way.

A: Krossplay is available between Xbox consoles (including Game Pass) and the Windows PC version of the game available in the Microsoft Store. However, Windows PC players cannot play against Steam (PC) or PlayStation players.

A: Mortal Kombat 11 is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, which means players who own the game on Xbox consoles can also play it on Windows without making any additional purchase and are entitled to both Xbox and Windows PC versions with shared saves, game add-ons and achievements.
Known Issues
PC players with an AMD Radeon RX 5700XT graphics card may experience crashing.
- The workaround is to use Minimum, Low or Medium graphical presets.
Some parts of the game may not be downloaded automatically.
- If players are trying to access Story content in-game on PC and it’s missing, launch the Xbox app, right-click Mortal Kombat 11 from the list of installed games and select Manage. Select the box for Story content (Standard or 4K), then select Apply changes.
